Work mode : 5 Days from office and alternate Saturday

Required Qualifications & Skills:
B.E/B.Tech or MCA
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Network Administration/Network Engineering.
Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or highly regulated environments.
Robust hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies.
Proven expertise in:
TCP/IP
VLANs
VPNs
Routing & Switching
WAN/LAN Technologies
SD-WAN
Experience managing Cisco and/or Aruba wireless settings.
Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Familiarity with network security principles and compliance standards.
Robust analytical,



troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Cisco Certifications
CCNA
CCNP (Preferred)
CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certifications.
Experience with cloud networking (AWS and/or Azure).
Exposure to Mulesoft integration platforms and API connectivity.
Knowledge of network automation and scripting.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
Understanding of PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and other banking compliance standards.
