Key Responsibilities:
Candidates with Overall 8+ years of Experience with minimum 5 + years of experience & Robust knowledge of IQMS and Total Quality Management (TQM) with experience in implementing and maintaining quality standards.
Excellent analytical and communication skills to drive quality initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving.
Basic understanding of AI concepts and their application in quality and process improvement initiatives.
Experience in Quality Excellence roles, such as Quality Partner, Excellence Partner, or Compliance Lead (DEP/ACM), including audit and compliance management.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or Lean certification with proven experience in process improvement and mentoring project teams.
Hands-on experience in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory quality requirements
