Job Responsibility
Vendor Management, Vendor Development (International/Domestic vendors)
Preparing Purchase Orders and send to the respective vendors
Product Development
Freight Forwarder selection Coordination for tracking Shipments.
Responsible for on-time arrival of the material
Coordination with Accounts and Warehouse team accordingly.
Responsible for complete management to Import Cycle Logistics.
Order material and follow up with vendors in case of delayed delivery or any other unforeseen event.
Maintain Import Documentation flawlessly.
Inventory Management.
To prepare a cost working sheet.
Maintain Track Sheets.




Duty payments, IMPORT EXPORT BILL Lodgment, BOE submission.
Documentation process to receive Import documents from bank.
Preparing Import MIS.
Audit of bank charges related to LC, Document Acceptance.
Doing timely Vendors Payment and Tracking.
Import-Export Documentation.

Required Candidate profile
Candidate should have completed a Bachelor s Degree or Equivalent.
Should have a minimum 5 to 7 years experience in Import Purchase is mandatory.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
Solid in Excel.
Excellent in Communication Skills.
Should be Results-oriented
