Key Responsibilities
Customer Reception: Welcoming EV customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, and meticulously recording complaints (range issues, charging errors, noise, etc.). [1]
Job Card Creation: Raising and preparing repair orders and cost estimates using the Dealership Management System (DMS / ERP). [1, 2, 3]
EV Diagnostics & Communication: Acting as the translator between high-voltage (HV) technicians and the customer. Explaining complex EV diagnostics, battery health, and software updates simply. [1]
Warranty & AMC Management: Processing and raising Warranty Approvals and managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (Value Care). [1, 2]
Quality Check: Coordinating with the workshop floor to ensure the EV is properly sanitized, charged, and inspected before delivery. [1]
Post-Service Follow-up:



Conducting post-service follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction. [1]

Essential Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Automobile, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in the automobile service industry, with a robust preference for candidates having prior exposure to EVs or advanced diagnostic systems. [1, 2]
Core Competencies:
Valuable understanding of EV technology (regenerative braking, battery management systems (BMS), charging protocols).
Excellent communication skills and empathy for customer concerns.
Proficiency in basic IT systems (MS Office, dealer management ERPs).
