Role Summary

Support financial planning, analysis, and business partnering across sales, marketing, and operations. The role focuses on performance tracking, reporting, and generating insights to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Forecasting
Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, and periodic forecasting activities.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, and variance analysis against budgets and prior periods.
Business Performance Analysis
Track channel-wise performance across D2C, marketplaces, retail, and B2B channels.
Support profitability and P&L; analysis.
Marketing Analytics
Monitor marketing spend and evaluate key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Investment (ROI).
Decision Support
Provide analytical support for pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and key business initiatives.

7.Cost Monitoring




Partner with operations teams to track costs and identify optimization prospects.
Data Management
Maintain financial models and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
13 years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, or Analytics.
Exposure to startup, e-commerce, or consumer businesses is preferred.

Key Skillsj
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (mandatory).
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Good understanding of P&L; statements and business performance metrics.
High attention to detail.
Robust stakeholder management and coordination skills.
