We're hiring an Executive / Sr. Executive Export Logistics with 5+ years of experience. Prior experience in Pharma Export Logistics is highly preferred.

Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Manage export logistics operations, including procurement and order processing.
Prepare and process export documentation such as Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, and pre- & post-shipment documents.
Coordinate air and sea shipments (LCL/FCL) and ensure timely delivery.
Handle shipping documentation, BL draft approvals, shipment tracking, and customs clearance processes.
Work with DGFT, ICEGATE, AD Banks, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities for export compliance.
Ensure compliance with global export regulations,



Incoterms, RoDTEP, Drawback, BRC, and forex-related requirements.
Negotiate freight rates and service charges with logistics partners and shipping agents.
Manage hazardous and DG cargo documentation and regulatory requirements (IMDG/IATA).
Coordinate with internal teams, international agents, and vendors to ensure smooth export operations.
Utilize SAP MM module for procurement and logistics-related activities.
Maintain export records and ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.
