Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for Retail Lending applications.
Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, and system performance.
Investigate and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
Support loan origination, loan servicing, collections, and related lending applications.
Execute deployment activities and validate production releases.
Monitor logs, alerts, and application dashboards.
Handle service requests, user queries, and production change activities.
Participate in weekend deployments and on-call support as required.
Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Support audit, regulatory, and compliance activities related to applications.
