Key Responsibilities:
Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture partnerships with doctors, yoga instructors, gyms, and wellness influencers to create referral channels for patient walk-ins.
Channel Development: Open current channels through collaborations with wellness centers, gyms, and corporate wellness programs to increase awareness and footfalls at Pravaayu.
Execute BTL Activities: Plan and organize BTL activities like health camps, wellness workshops, and screening programs at societies, corporate offices, and public places to promote Pravaayus services.
Community Engagement: Identify opportunities to engage with local communities through events and partnerships to raise brand visibility and foster long-term relationships.
Corporate Tie-Ups: Build relationships with corporate offices for conducting wellness programs, health check-up camps, and Ayurveda awareness sessions.
Monitor and Report:
Track the performance of partnership initiatives and BTL activities, ensuring successful execution and consistent results in patient acquisition.
Requirements:
Experience in Partnerships and Alliances: Prior experience in forming successful collaborations with healthcare specialists, fitness/yoga instructors, or wellness organizations.
BTL Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience in executing on-ground marketing activities such as health camps, corporate wellness programs, and local activations.
Relationship Management: Robust communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strategic alliances.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive activities that directly impact clinic footfall and brand awareness.
