Job Title: Business Support Executive Advisory Desk

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to support the Advisory Desk by managing MIS reports, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong Advanced Excel skills, a positive understanding of the equity market, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports using Advanced Excel.

Coordinate effectively with clients, franchisees, channel partners, the research team, and internal stakeholders.

Provide operational and administrative support to the Advisory Desk.

Ensure timely dissemination of research reports and business updates.

Track client requests and coordinate with relevant teams for prompt resolution.

Maintain accurate records and support business reporting requirements.





Assist in improving operational efficiency and process management.

Support the sales and advisory teams with data analysis and business insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

1–3 years of experience in Business Support, Advisory Desk, MIS, or Sales Support within the Broking or Financial Services industry.

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Data Validation, and Reporting).

Good understanding of the Indian Equity Market and capital market products.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Robust coordination, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Stock Broking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services will be preferred.
