Role: Campus Recruiter
Location: Navi Mumbai
Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities across colleges and universities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with placement officers, faculty members, and student bodies.
Plan and execute campus drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and hiring events.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Source, screen, and assess candidates for entry-level and graduate hiring programs.
Manage large applicant volumes and ensure timely hiring against business targets.
Conduct pre-placement talks, employer branding activities, and candidate engagement initiatives.
Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports and dashboards.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
