Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies.
Drive revenue growth across regions through structured planning.
Identify new markets, institutional opportunities, and channel expansion.
Hospital & Institutional Business Development




Build solid relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare chains.
Manage key accounts and institutional negotiations.
Understand procurement cycles and tender processes.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Build, train, and mentor regional and area sales managers.
Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Conduct regular review meetings and performance evaluations.
Channel & Dealer Network Expansion
Appoint and manage distributors and dealers.
Ensure secondary sales movement and market penetration.
Strengthen after-sales coordination with service teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, clinical trainers, and operations.
Align product positioning with field feedback.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy
Track competitor activity, pricing, and positioning.
Provide strategic inputs to leadership for pricing and expansion decisions.
