Job Description
Responsible for architectural planning & drawing activities.
Designing & Planning on AutoCAD and other tools.
Experience in Commercial Buildings, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial proejcts.
Working exposure of AutoCAD & Revit.
Coordination with External Architects, Structural Consultants, Services & others.
Development of overall Master Plan including area calculations, zoning.
Landscape design, traffic circulation, phasing layout etc.
To develop conceptual scheme on proposed site.
Executes Design strategy in design of retail stores.
Ability to generate creative work, while managing budgets and rapid-paced timelines.
Produce design documents, presentations drawings and design details.
Manage schedules and monitor deadlines.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Job Requirement
3+ years of relevant work experience.
Project and/or program management experience.
Expertise in Autocad
Quick hand sketch ability a plus.
Robust communication and design presentation skills.
Robust design aesthetic.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally, in writing and through drawings/sketches.
Excellent time management skills.
Detail Oriented.
Ability to drive results.
