Correspondence: Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding tender processes and status updates. Draft and manage correspondence related to tenders, including queries, clarifications, and follow-ups. Ensure all tender-related documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all tenders comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of all tender documents and correspondence. Monitor and report on tender outcomes and performance metrics. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify current tender opportunities and industry trends.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management or a similar role in the electrical equipment manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of tendering processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Preferred Skills: Experience with e-tendering platforms and government procurement portals. Knowledge of electrical equipment and industry-specific standards. Project management skills.
