We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist with experience in volume/BPO hiring to manage high-volume hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of recruitment processes and be able to handle large-scale hiring projects.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for BPO clients.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and preferences.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.

Job Requirements




Proven experience in volume/BPO hiring with a robust track record of success.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
Experience working with BPO clients is an added advantage.
