Key Responsibilities
Install, configure and commission StremeTech software and AV/IT solutions.
Configure Windows PCs, Android players, displays, video walls and network devices.
Perform software installation, licensing, updates, testing and customer handover.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, HDMI/DisplayPort, EDID, resolution and connectivity issues.
Provide in office and remote technical support.
Conduct product demonstrations and customer training.
Prepare installation, commissioning, service and issue reports.
Support preventive maintenance, AMC visits, upgrades and system migrations.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following may apply:
Desktop or IT Support
Field Engineering
Network Support
Software Implementation
Software Test Engineer
AV System Integration
Digital Signage or Video Walls




Technical Customer Support

Basic knowledge of SQL, Linux, PowerShell, Android devices, LED walls, Microsoft 365, AV-over-IP or IP cameras will be an added advantage.
