Role & responsibilities:

The HR Intern will support in developing, structuring, and implementing key HR frameworks and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about organizational development and building scalable people practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development Support: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR and organizational policies in line with company values and compliance needs.
Organization Design & Frameworks: Support the design and documentation of HR best practices, benchmarking, and tracking participation
Culture & Values Initiatives: Help plan and execute engagement and culture-building initiatives aligned with organizational values.
Goal-Setting Frameworks: Assist in refining and communicating performance and goal-setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs, KPIs).
Project Coordination: Support functional HR projects and ensure documentation and communication are timely and accurate.

Learning Prospects:

Exposure to strategic HR and OD initiatives.

Hands-on experience in policy design and HR framework development.

Preferred candidate profile: :
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Freshers or candidates with internship experience can apply).
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, reporting, and analysis).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Interest in Organizational Development (OD), HR policies, and people practices.
Basic understanding of HR frameworks, performance management, and goal-setting concepts (OKRs/KPIs) is preferred.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ownership.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong presentation and documentation skills.
Passion for building employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
