Role & responsibilities
Handle corporate customers in the assigned territory
Develop Recent Corporates Customer and help to increase Revenue for each of these accounts and retain them and catering them with best service level
Understanding Customers Business model & formulate a sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and maximizing growth within the existing client base.
Combine sales skills with FSL product/service knowledge and convert the maximum possible prospect leads into accounts.
Emphasize those with maximum revenue potential, in order to increase the size and quality of FSL account holders.
Identify clients needs, opportunities and key buying factors, and formalize those into account plans and strategies.
Retaining and Managing Corporate Clients RFQ Bidding; Service management; SOP monitoring and Collection.
Gathering and analyzing market information on competitor activities as well as service providers (airlines,



shipping line, etc.) for maintaining the company's competitive edge.
Monitoring business performance against budget on a monthly basis.
Grow Business based on the target set for each of the customer as per the strategy.
Prepare monthly report on customer performance & future trends & submit to the Management.
Set up Operation Escalation Matrix & communicate the same to the customers.
Develop a high-performance service culture within the functional department & Plan, organize and work with colleagues from product and customer service departments to delivery up to the customer’s requirement.

Should have regular volume business
