Educational & Skilled Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Masters in Business Administration is preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Core Banking implementation and digital banking transformation projects.
Hands-on experience with Intellect Core Banking Solutions (eMACH.ai / Intellect Digital Core / iCBS) is mandatory.
Experience in banking product configuration, parameterization, and implementation lifecycle.
Robust knowledge of API integration, REST, SOAP, Microservices, Middleware, ESB, XML, and JSON.
Experience with SQL, Oracle/PostgreSQL databases, and Unix/Linux settings.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management practices.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting experience.
