Job Brief: We are looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) associate oversees the invoicing and collections process, accurate ledger reconciliation. Key duties include raising invoice, handling month end accounting and resolving queries with customers, accurate ledger reconciliation.

Experience
Proven experience as an AR lead or similar senior role.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office and databases.
Ability to handle large amounts of data and arrive at accurate revenue to be booked in line with various business agreement.
Proven knowledge of handling SAP S4/Hana very smoothly.
Valuable analytical & communication skill and high attention to detail.
Having working experience in retail and/or Commerce, Fintech is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing & Collections: Oversee accurate,



timely invoicing and lead efforts to minimize delinquent payments.
Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and prepare aging reports/forecasts for management.
Dispute Resolution: Handle complex client disputes and negotiate payment arrangements.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company credit policies,
B2B agreement terms and legal regulations.
Auditing; attend Internal and stat audit w.r.t. revenue and receivable management area.
Report: preparation of various reports and presentation as and when required.

Qualification: MBA or CA/ICWA inter
