Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day finance operations, coordinate with banks, and support quarterly and annual audits. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, banking procedures, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

Coordinate with banks for account management, fund transfers, banking documentation, BGs, LCs, and other banking-related activities.

Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

Assist in cash flow management and fund planning.

Coordinate and support quarterly, half-yearly, and annual statutory audits.

Liaise with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and external consultants.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of audit schedules and supporting documents.

Maintain proper accounting records and financial documentation.

Process vendor payments and monitor receivables and payables.

Prepare MIS reports, financial statements,



and management reports.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and approvals.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.

Robust knowledge of banking operations and financial documentation.

Experience in handling statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.

Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
