CANDIDATE PROFILE AND ELIGIBILITY
Graduate
Atleast One Year Experience in Agri/Fin/Rural Development/Micro Finance
Around 22 30 Years
Local Resident and Proficiency of Local Language
Ability to work indipendently
Basic technical knowledge
Valuable conversational and interpersonal skills
Should be able to travel daily and meet farmers in the villages
Should be able to relocate according to business needs
Should have a competitive attitude
