Must Have:
Experience in HR systems that define organization structures, roles and segregation of responsibilities
Identify and Access Management products like Okta, Microsoft Entra ID
Experience with Requirement gathering and documenting in a structured format
Translate data collected to a data model such that systems can use it. Experience of doing it in the context of complex organizations
Experience with repositories like LDAP, AD etc.
Defining and implementing Role Based Access Controls.
