Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the organisation's overall HR strategy and roadmap

Oversee compensation, advantages, and HR policy design
Ensure organisation-wide statutory and regulatory compliance
Build and lead a high-performing HR team

Required Skills
Extensive experience leading HR functions at a senior level
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of labour law and compliance frameworks
Strong track record of building HR processes and teams

Good to Have
MBA in HR from a premier institute
Experience in a high-growth or multi-location organisation
Exposure to M&A;/HR integration
