Role & responsibilities

Reports To: Property Manager

Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of the building, equipment, and common areas.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, carpentry and civil works.
Monitor the performance of building systems and arrange repairs as required.
Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, and maintenance contractors.
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and equipment history.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, diesel, etc.) and recommend cost-saving measures.
Coordinate annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) and vendor management.
Assist in preparing maintenance budgets and controlling expenses.
Ensure adequate inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for

management.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree / Correspondence Course, in Mechanical, Electrical ,



Plumbing & Carpentry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance activities.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, fire safety, pumps, and building management systems.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and vendor coordination.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, maintenance management software).
