Key Responsibilities
Build dashboards and reports tracking key HR metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement)
Analyse workforce data to identify trends and provide insights
Support HR leadership with data-driven recommendations
Maintain and improve HR data quality and reporting processes
Collaborate with HRBPs to translate data into actionable strategies

Required Skills
Solid Excel and data analysis skills
Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
Understanding of core HR metrics and workforce planning
Valuable communication skills to present data to stakeholders
Basic SQL knowledge preferred

Good to Have
Experience with HRMS reporting modules
Exposure to predictive analytics for attrition
MBA in HR/Analytics
