Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 application support for BFSI applications.
Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in production environments.
Support and maintain application infrastructure across Linux and Windows platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.
Manage incident tracking, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of support tickets.
Ensure application availability, performance, and stability.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Linux/Windows command-line operations.
Experience with SQL Server (2016 and above) and SQL queries.
Hands-on experience in issue debugging and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Tomcat administration and support.
Working knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.




Valuable communication and email-writing skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
Working knowledge of IIS and Windows Server 2016 or higher.
Experience with JIRA.
Vendor coordination and stakeholder management experience.

Domain Preference:
Banking or Financial Services domain experience.

Qualification:
Any Graduate
