Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing channel partner relationships, generating quality leads through broker and referral networks, and driving sales by achieving monthly sourcing and booking targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners to strengthen the sourcing network.
Generate qualified leads through channel sales, broker networks, and referral partnerships.
Coordinate with the Sales, Closing, and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead conversion and customer experience.
Conduct channel partner meetings, project presentations, site visits, and networking events.
Achieve monthly sourcing, site visit, and booking targets.
Plan and execute broker engagement programs, promotional activities, and channel partner events.
Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, bookings, and channel partner activities in the CRM system.




Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to identify new business opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with channel partners to maximize repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
27 years of experience in Channel Sales, Sourcing, or Business Development within the real estate industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales and sourcing targets in a target-driven setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Experience in residential real estate sales and channel partner management.
Strong presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
