Roles and Responsibility
Design and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure high-quality software products.
Analyze requirement documents to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Create weekly and daily status reports to track progress and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing, preferably in the insurance industry.




Solid understanding of motor insurance concepts and principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with solid communication skills.
Experience in creating and executing test cases, including test planning and defect tracking.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes and methodologies.
