Role & responsibilities
Provide dedicated IT support to VIP users and senior management for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
Deliver prompt and high-quality technical assistance with minimum downtime.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, email, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft O365 applications, conferencing tools, and mobile devices.
Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution and escalation management.
Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications.
Maintain proper incident tracking, documentation, and follow-up through ticketing tools.
Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.




Provide support during meetings, presentations, and critical business events when required.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid technical troubleshooting knowledge.
Positive understanding of networking concepts and connectivity issues.
Ability to handle VIP users professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Experience with desktop support, O365, Outlook, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
