Job Description:
Handle Litigation & Arbitration proceedings in coordination with business teams/HODs.
Vetting pleadings, filings, and documentation for litigation before:
Supreme Court
High Courts
NCLT / NCLAT
Other relevant authorities
Experience in IBC-related litigation, especially with NCLT and NCLAT.
Must have drafting experience of pleadings and filings before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
Draft, vet, and analyze project financing and concession agreements.




Coordinate with project location teams for effective legal case handling and advisory.
Attend:
Review meetings
Non-core assets meetings
Process monitoring meetings
Ensure adherence to internal processes and external regulations, and ensure timely compliance.
Maintain proper storage of case files/documents in physical form and Virtual Data Room (VDR).
Coordinate with external lawyers for expeditious disposal of matters.
Track and follow up on timelines with HOD, internal teams, and advocates.
Provide legal advisory/opinions with analysis and solutions.
Brief the Board and Whole-Time Directors (WTDs) during Board Meetings.
