Position : Asst. Manager Customer Support

Years of Experience :6 to 8 years

Minimum Qualifications :Diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation or MSc in Electronics

Preferred Qualifications : B E holders in Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics & Comm/ Instrumentation Engineering

Type of Work Experience Required (Mandatory): Field servicing of electronic equipment

Type of Work Experience Required (Preferred): Field servicing and delivering technical training of analytical and laboratory instruments

Responsibilities:
Candidates will be responsible for field servicing of high-tech analytical instruments like GC s, GC-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR and AAS Spectrophotometers etc
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Generating service and spares income
