Role & responsibilities
IR Strategy & Narrative
Own preparation of quarterly earnings communication, investor presentations, and media releases
Own business model on excel for the company Work with wider finance & business teams to create detailed model
Help develop compelling investor narratives aligned to long-term strategy and vision; Communicate key competitive advantages with clarity and consistency
Translate financial and operational insights into investor-friendly messaging
Market Insights & Benchmarking
Track industry trends, peer performance, and analyst coverage
Provide strategic insights to leadership for decision-making
Prepare weekly shareholding report
Keep a track of DII & FII investments into the sector
Cross-functional & Strategic Support
Work closely with Finance and business as well as ESG teams to extract insights for IR messaging
Oversee Annual Report, BRSR, and ESG disclosures
Contribute to external communication of long-term growth strategy
Capital Markets & Corporate Actions




Support capital market transactions (QIP, buybacks etc.) including investor communication and coordination
IR Infrastructure & Platforms
Maintain IR website, investor database, and tracking systems
Maintain log of IR meetings
Plan and execute investor site visits, analyst conference calls, investor day engagements

Preferred candidate profile
Solid excel modelling skills
Positive presentation preparation skills
Should be able to derive insights from data
Should have basic understanding of equity markets, valuations, financial statements
Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus

Personal traits: hard working, eager to learn, reliability in delivery within timelines
Up to 3 years of experience at either any equity research outfit (including 3rd parties) or credit research. Candidates working at large corporates in M&A;/ IR teams can also be considered.
