Role & responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in planning and executing projects.
Coordinate project activities and monitor timelines.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Track project progress and follow up on pending action items.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
Monitor project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
Support process improvement initiatives and maintain project trackers.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, IT, or a related field.
02 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
Fresh graduates with robust organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
