Client Consulting for Solution Proposal: Translate complex business requirements into transparent, actionable, and scalable technical solution proposals. Prepare and present the best possible IoT solution proposals, outlining technical roadmaps, architectural diagrams, estimated timelines.

Data Modeling & Architecture : Design end-to-end IIoT data architectures for data ingestion, contextualization, and storage across edge and cloud environments. Design conceptual, structured logical, and physical data models for IoT ecosystems. Define data storage structures, retention policies, and establish pipelines capable of processing high-volume streaming and batch data.

IIoT Integration & Deployment
IT/OT Integration: Lead the integration of Operational Technology (PLCs, SCADA, MES) with Enterprise IT systems.
Deployment & Lifecycle: Manage the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of edge-to-cloud data pipelines using industrial protocols like OPC UA, MQTT, and RestAPI and broker setup (e.g., Mosquitto, HiveMQ).
System Administration: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize IIoT platforms for maximum availability, security, and scalability.
Strong proficiency in data modeling, systems architecture, and OT-to-IT integration.
Deep understanding of ISA-95 standards,



rules, hierarchical modeling, and data mapping for OT/IT integration.
Pharma domain knowledge including GxP compliance, process workflows, and regulatory requirements.
Positive understanding of automation systems.

Must Have
Rockwell FTPS & Siemens OPS
Pharma process and operations experience are must.
Positive Communication skills and the person can confidently talk to site stakeholders on various requirements and able to convince different function leaders.
Shop floor equipment handling experience
Systems Integration experience
Good knowledge industry standard interfaces and protocols and its implementation
Knowledge of Data models, data strategies and mapping them in true UNS models
Strong experience of Automation systems, MES, DCS, Control systems
