We are hiring for a Finance Manager role for our client, a growing organisation.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Oversee monthly/quarterly financial closing and reporting
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for leadership decision-making
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders

Required Skills:
Strong experience in financial planning and analysis
Solid understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance
Robust Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience managing audits and regulatory filings
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:
CA/CMA/MBA Finance qualification
Experience in a high-growth organisation
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
