Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, build, and scale high-quality products. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable, and user-focused solutions. You will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring junior engineers, and driving product excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable product features and systems
Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to understand requirements and deliver user-centric solutions
Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from concept to production
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions
Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers
Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability and scalability




Ensure high standards of software quality through testing and documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product or software engineering
Experience with up-to-date frameworks, tools, and development practices
Experience in modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js)
Robust knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side rendering (CSR).
Expertise in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, C++).
Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud-based services
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an agile/scrum workplace
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Prior experience building scalable, customer-facing products
Leadership or mentoring experience
