Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including receipts, payments, purchases, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Process vendor invoices and assist with vendor payments.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with student fee accounting and reconciliation.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.




Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and payment records.
Assist in preparing MIS and accounting reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, banks, and auditors as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and accounting principles.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
