About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Presales SME – Life/General Insurance to join our Middle East/ASEAN Presales team.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Life/General Insurance Operations, Takaful Operations, Business Analysis, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, Product Configuration, or Insurance Transformation Projects who are interested in a customer-facing consulting and presales role.

The Presales SME will participate in customer engagements, demonstrations, solution workshops, proposal preparation, and business requirement analysis while working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Delivery teams.

This role provides an prospect to work with insurers and Takaful operators across the GCC and Middle East region/ASEAN and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
