We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agency Development Manager to join our team at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency development and management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through agent recruitment and development.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting and developing current agents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents to ensure their continued growth and success.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents to improve their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.




Provide training and support to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in agency development and management within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of the insurance market and current trends.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
