Key Responsibilities
Design and manage compensation structures and salary bands
Conduct market benchmarking studies for pay competitiveness
Administer employee benefits programs and vendor relationships
Support annual compensation review and bonus cycles
Ensure compliance with statutory compensation regulations
Analyse compensation data to guide business decisions

Required Skills
Strong experience in compensation and benefits management
Positive understanding of salary benchmarking and market data
Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills
Understanding of statutory compliance related to compensation
Strong stakeholder management skills

Good to Have
Experience with HR analytics tools
Exposure to ESOP/long-term incentive design
MBA in HR/Finance
