Role Description

This is a full-time in office role as a Piercer Tooling Incharge based in Boisar, Palghar, Maharashtra, India. The Piercer Tooling Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the tooling process, ensuring equipment maintenance and efficiency, and managing the production of stainless steel products. Daily tasks include monitoring tooling operations, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with production teams, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications
Experience in tooling processes and equipment maintenance
Knowledge of stainless steel production and manufacturing




Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Mechanical engineering background is a plus
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Effective communication skills
Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field
