Role & responsibilities
Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions and projects.
Manage and mentor recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and support staff.
Develop and implement effective sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.

• Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, productivity, and fulfillment targets.

• Ensure timely screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and deployment of candidates.
Manage recruitment databases, ATS, reports, and recruitment analytics.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Conduct team reviews, performance management, and training initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant employment regulations.

• Support overseas recruitment campaigns, client interviews, and mobilization activities.
Drive process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Proven experience in high-volume and end-to-end recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition are an advantage.

• 510+ years of recruitment experience.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience leading a recruitment team.

• Experience in overseas recruitment, manpower consulting, staffing, or talent acquisition is preferred.

Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and managing large-scale hiring projects.
