Key Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and support functions.
Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Visual Management, and waste elimination projects.
Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and identify prospects for productivity improvement.
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs related to Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Productivity (QCDSP).
Facilitate root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Support standardization of processes, work instructions, and best practices across departments.
Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track improvement initiatives.




Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Diploma in Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in Operations Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Process Improvement.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and problem-solving methodologies.
Solid analytical, data interpretation, project management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis and reporting tools will be an added advantage.
