Preferred candidate profile
Graduate / Post Graduate with 7 to 15 Years in Retail Operations
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Hindi communication
Experience in retail store management, team handling, and customer service
Solid leadership, sales management, and operational skills
Adaptable to work in rotational shifts and retail operational schedules
Experience in Lifestyle / Apparel / Premium Retail preferred.
