Vridhi Growth Partners is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and growing brands through social media.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging social media posts and graphics.
Design Instagram posts, carousels, and stories using Canva or similar tools.
Edit short-form videos and reels.
Write creative captions and relevant hashtags.
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Respond to comments and messages professionally.
Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends.
Coordinate with the management team for campaigns and promotions.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
Canva (Mandatory)
Basic video editing (CapCut, VN, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Pro)
Strong English communication skills




Creative writing and caption creation
Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing
Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills
Experience with Meta Business Suite
Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT
Basic Photoshop or Illustrator skills
Understanding of social media analytics

Qualification
Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline
Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage
