Security Operations Management
Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, procedures, and protocols across all company locations.
Oversee day-to-day security operations and ensure effective deployment of security personnel.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure protection of company assets, infrastructure, and personnel.

Risk Management & Compliance
Identify security threats and vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company security standards.
Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and government authorities when required.

Incident Management
Investigate security breaches, thefts, accidents, and other incidents.
Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
Lead emergency response activities and crisis management initiatives.





Surveillance & Access Control
Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security technologies.
Ensure effective visitor management and access control procedures.
Review and upgrade security systems as necessary.

Vendor & Contract Management
Manage security service providers and ensure compliance with service agreements.
Conduct periodic audits of security agencies and security operations.
Control security-related budgets and expenditures.

Safety & Emergency Preparedness
Coordinate emergency drills, evacuation procedures, and disaster management plans.
Work closely with EHS (Setting, Health & Safety) teams to maintain a secure workplace.
Ensure readiness for fire, medical, and security emergencies.
