Lead endtoend architecture and delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions to support automotive customercare and commercial processes.
Conduct design workshops for key CRM capabilities including LeadtoOrder, Case Management, Entitlements, SLAs, and Knowledge Management.
Define scalable data models, record types, page layouts, and sharing rules for multiregion deployments.

Ensure technical designs comply with Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and platform limits
Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, batch/queueable processes, and automation services for Sales and Service use cases.
Build LWC and Aura components to deliver userfriendly, highperformance interfaces across Service Console and Sales Applications.

Apply SOQL/SOSL optimization and enforce Salesforce governorlimit best practices in all code deliverables.




Configure and extend Sales Cloud features including Prospect Management, Forecasting, QuotetoCash workflows, and Territory Management.
Support CPQadjacent automation and approval processes suited to automotive sales lifecycles.

Integrate Sales Cloud with ERP, DMS, marketing systems, and other enterprise platforms.
Implement and optimize Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, OmniChannel routing, Service Console, Entitlements, and Milestones.
Design and implement integrations across Salesforce and external systems (ERP, telephony, DMS, OEM platforms) using APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft.

Ensure integration patterns follow best practices for reliability, scalability, and data consistency.
