Position: Operations Manager Residential Property

CTC: Up to 13 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium residential property. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing residential sites, ensuring seamless facility operations, excellent resident satisfaction, vendor management, statutory compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall operations of the residential property, including housekeeping, security, technical services, and landscaping.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and high standards of service delivery.
Lead and supervise site staff, vendors, and service partners.
Handle resident queries, complaints, and escalations promptly.




Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Prepare and manage operational budgets, reports, and MIS.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and implement process improvements.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Candidate Requirements
Any Graduate
Proven experience as an Operations Manager.
Mandatory experience managing residential properties/sites.
Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable knowledge of facility management practices, vendor management, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
