Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across all departments and positions.
Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare accurate
job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social
media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Conduct reference checks and support salary discussions.
Manage offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
Build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Coordinate with recruitment consultants/agencies whenever required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate (Preferred in HR)
Experience in recruitment within real estate, construction, infrastructure, or
allied industries will be preferred.
Solid sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment portals.
Ability to manage multiple positions independently and meet deadlines.
