Your Role
Drive industrialization and automation initiatives across ADM operations
Implement best practices and continuous improvement frameworks
Enable teams through coaching and adoption of automation solutions
Engage with clients to demonstrate value and conduct improvement workshops
Perform data analysis and report on productivity, quality, and automation progress
Your Profile
Robust experience in automation, industrialization, and continuous improvement (CI)
Knowledge ofRPA, AI/GenAI, or workflow automation tools
Expertise inADM/AMS delivery environments
Proficiency indata analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
Familiarity withLean Six Sigma and solid stakeholder/client management skills
